I do hate bad feelings but I hate worse to be made to regret where that much money is made and perhaps the staff isn't trained or paid enough to do their job. Thanks to Kisha and others involved for their efforts and communication. It's forgotten and forgiven and I'm happy to have my items back. I'm not sure they are available anymore so it was great to have it back for sure !!! I stand ready to apologize to the staff but still convinced that more prompt action and response to customers be encouraged since we're not spending $29.95 here.

In the resolving/results of my visit to the casino and experience with staff, I am pleased to report that my items were returned and also a very treasured chambray shirt from 2004 with the Coushatta logo. Not only are they a better quality, but they don’t charge excessive, made up fees. If you must go to Louisiana casinos, go to Lake Charles. Our suggestion: stay away from this resort. She said to wait a week and see if our bank releases those excess charges.

We told the representative that the amount she just quoted, does not add to the $481.66 that was charged. When we called to question this amount and we were told that there was a hold of $50.00 deposit and $177.22. What appeared on our credit card charge, was $481.66. With taxes, the amount was quoted as $116.63 for one night for two adults. And, finally, we were charged 4 times the amount that was quoted and printed on our reservation confirmation. The car was unlocked with the keys in it and the driver’s window down. Hours later, when leaving, the valet desk could not locate our car. We used the valet parking for the casino, but not before one of us had to go into foyer to retrieve a valet. Second, the campus was not lit properly at night, and made it difficult to see the correct driveways for the various buildings. Not only was it a long drive, but there were no advertisements along the way to indicate if you were going to correct direction.
